Hi, I’m Simran Valecha, founder of Simvalecha, a wellness brand helping Indian women across the globe lose 2–3 kg per month sustainably. Like many of you, my journey began wanting a smaller waistline and visible abs, but I realized that true fitness is about a flexible, sustainable lifestyle.
My mother and co-founder, Anju Valecha, ACE-certified nutritionist (2015), has helped 6,000+ clients worldwide achieve fat loss while eating out and without cooking separate meals.
